
51 new town homes developed around the renovation of a 1920’s Phillip Schutze designed mansion for one of the 2 founding partners of Crawford Long Hospital. The existing mansion will be converted to 3 condo units and the original garage converted into a clubhouse for the new community. The design of the project relates to contemporary period architecture and period detailing of the mansion while also maintaining and restoring the original gardens that were once a part of the mansion property.

A new 2,500 sf infill house in an existing in town Atlanta neighborhood. The house was designed to blend the look and feel of historical homes in the area with an updated, more modern appeal.

13,939 SF of a new developed to work with Grayson's new downtown development regulations. The building is broken up to create a varied feel using architectural designs reminiscent of turn of the century architectural character.
