Place Maker Design offers exceptional design while guiding homeowners through their home creation process.  Our system will remove the unknowns from the process by standing by the client each step of the way.  We work collaboratively with the homeowner, the contractor and any consultants to assure all project goals are achieved.  The goals include completing the project on time and on budget.

 

Place Maker Design has the ability to design in any architectural style.  We design a home to the requirements and sensibilities of the client.  Place Maker Design has experience with home renovations, additions and new custom homes.  We can also work with our clients to include sustainable design features in their new home or renovation project.

The firm are winners of four 2006 OBIE Awards from the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association.  One Gold Medal and three Silver Medals were awarded for our design of the homes at the Village at Towne Lake in Woodstock, Georgia

Place Maker Design was founded in 2004 with the idea of creating an architectural design firm that could provide a creative approach to a variety of clients needs.  With years of past experience working in medium and large corporate firms, Place Maker Design chose to take the level of client expectation and service associated with larger firms and blend it with the creative mindset of a small design firm.  The result produces a work ethic that strives for unique and focused design that works within “the process” that is required to carry these projects through to completion.  Place Maker Design focuses on the creative aspect of each individual project we take on.  Good design comes first and bringing that design to life while exceeding all client expectations is our goal.
