51 new town homes developed around the renovation of a 1920’s Phillip Schutze designed mansion for one of the 2 founding partners of Crawford Long Hospital. The existing mansion will be converted to 3 condo units and the original garage converted into a clubhouse for the new community. The design of the project relates to contemporary period architecture and period detailing of the mansion while also maintaining and restoring the original gardens that were once a part of the mansion property.
