The Village at Towne Lake

A new 300+ lot residential community in Towne Lake.  Place Maker Design developed over 17 unique house plans across a variety of product types that all blend together to offer a rich and unique defined community that targets a diverse clientele.

Benteen Park Residence

A new 2,500 sf infill house constructed on a vacant lot in an existing, established neighborhood.  The design borrows from turn-of-the-century homes in the area and reinterprets that character in a more modern, clean manner.  Features such as 10' tall ceilings, horizontal 6 panel doors and a traditional front porch are blended with a modern kitchen, modern lighting and a large deck to give the feeling of something new and old at the same time.

Rodriguez Residence

A significant renovation and addition that nearly doubled the size of an existing intown Atlanta home.  The rear addition included a new Master Suite and Office.  The renovation updated the Kitchen with an all new layout and new cabinets and appliances. Existing Bathroom and Bedrooms received new finishes.  A partially covered rear deck was included in the design for entertaining

Extreme Makover Home Edition - Build 817

Build #417 for ABC's Extreme Home Makeover: Home Edition.  Place Maker Design provided full design services for the show's build in Waleska, GA.  The existing house was re-tailored to fit the family's needs while receiving a complete update to the original styling of the house
