A design for a new mid-rise office building in an existing suburban downtown. The concept was to create an iconic building on a very prominent piece of property that would/could become the signature downtown building for the city. The idea was to create a new “flatiron” building comprised of retail/restaurant at the ground floor, 3 stories of loft office with a rooftop bar.
