A design for an infill mixed use project incorporating office, retail, restaurant and multifamily. The concept was to use some of the more industrial character of the surrounding area as a starting point and create a unique people-friendly environment for both residents and users of the property through wide sidewalks, public plazas and lush landscaping. The idea was to create a project that felt more like an adaptive re-use than starting from scratch with a new non-contextual design.
